Founded at the end of 2014, Mako designs tailor made animation projects mainly for kids. Founders
of the company are Irmak Atabek as Creative Producer and Evren Yigit, as Content Manager.
Services of Mako include; content creation, script consultancy, writing screenplays, creative
direction, character and concept design, animation direction, storyboarding, content consultancy in
accordance with child studies, and 2d-3d animation production with their production partners.

Irmak is a very experienced name when it comes to VFX and animation production in Turkey. She has been the project designer, producer and post producer of several commercials, music videos, series and motion pictures. Now she brings her unique taste and vision to Mako Projects as creative producer.
She loves any kind of animation by heart and her life goal (at least one of them) is to go to moon one day!
Evren Yigit
PARTNER / CONTENT MANAGER
As a well-known children’s content expert in Turkey, Evren Yigit has created various successful educational and non-educational formats for children's TV, wrote scripts, managed teams and supervised production companies. She specializes in quality children's content targeted to specific age groups. She writes books, designs merchandising plans for licensed brands and creates content for children centered projects. She also shares her expertise on children’s writing on a workshop /course she created for adults: “Magical Workshop of Children’s Writing” at BÜMED (Bogazici University Alumni Association). Evren Yigit is in charge of everything related to content at Mako as the head of our content creation team.
