Mako is a kid’s content company with animation and production facilities. Mako designs and produces tailor made projects for clients worldwide. Originating from Istanbul, Mako sees itself as a bridge between the west and east with the unique insight of both.

At Mako we see our role as partnering with caretakers in the learning and development of kids during the critical stages from pre-school to pre-teen years.
We believe that every child is unique and deserves an opportunity to learn and connect with self and others in a friendly and inspiring manner.  

We strive to strike a balance between individual developmental needs of a child, parental sensibilities, societal needs as well as media business considerations.

We believe that kids are the future and we take it as our responsibility to nurture a positive worldview through our content. We are committed to going beyond ideological and cultural differences to reach kids from different backgrounds through our content.

As Mako’s founding team we have over 30 years of cumulative industry experience and pride ourselves in being able to provide a one-stop service from idea to quality content that has proven impact on kids between 3 and 12 years of age.
